AI conversation training as a programme for your organisation.
Four conversations every organisation knows, as modules: each a SimulAItion simulation with three counterpart attitudes and feedback against criteria we define with you. Module 01 runs here as an example; the others we create with you.
To the modules ↓Feedback conversation · counterpart defensive
Five minutes in your own voice, then two areas with evidence. The same module can be repeated with any counterpart until the conversation holds.
Raise a lapse and keep the conversation going.
You are a manager in production. In three weeks the handovers to the late shift were late three times, and you raise it. Your counterpart from the team reacts open, defensive or very defensive depending on the attitude: justifies, compares, gets personal. The feedback scores the opening, the open questions and the agreement at the end, each with a moment from your conversation.
Listen first. Mediate second.
Two colleagues have been arguing about shift planning for weeks and the mood in the team is turning. You hold the conversation with one of them. Scored are active listening, repeating what you understood, and whether the conversation has a structure: reason, the counterpart's view, next step.
Welcome back instead of digging in.
An employee returns after three months of illness. The conversation should create a frame and a climate, without pressure and without curiosity about the diagnosis. Scored are opening and atmosphere: was the reason made clear, did the conversation stay appreciative, was there room for what the employee needs?
Make an appointment in three minutes.
Three minutes at the factory gate, an employee who is not a member yet and is in a hurry. For the education work of unions: volunteers practise asking one question, listening and making a concrete appointment in a short time. Scored are questions and agreement.
How the modules reach you
- We create each module with you: role, starting situation, counterpart and the criteria the feedback is scored against.
- Your participants get accounts and practise whenever they like. Nobody listens in except the counterpart.
- On request we accompany training rounds, review them with your trainers and develop new modules from what you observe.
Who it is for
- HR development
- Managers practise feedback, conflict and return-to-work conversations as often as they like, without role play in front of the group. The seminar stays; the practice in between is added.
- Education work in unions and associations
- Volunteers and staff practise member and works council conversations with a counterpart that talks back.
What happens to the conversation
You hold the conversation with your counterpart alone; nobody listens in. Transcript and feedback belong to the person who practised.
