Delegates, substitutes and guests are admitted at check-in, by scan or from the list. If someone is missing, the next person moves up and the software knows their voting rights. Online participants sign in through your organisation's single sign-on, without a new password. The chair watches the attendance count grow before anyone has to count by hand.
The chair sees the quorum at once.
The software counts voting members present, room and online separately, and compares them with the quorum from your statutes. Once it is reached, the chair shows it. If someone leaves the room, attendance follows. Excused members and guests appear alongside, without a vote. The attendance module is also available on its own, for instance for a conference without elections.
The result stands with the last vote.
Open votes run on participants' own devices or with voting cards in the room. Yes, no and abstain are always available and can be changed until the vote is cast. The result is there as soon as the vote closes, as share and absolute number. Straw polls with several answers and further procedures belong to the voting types module. Below you can put an event together yourself.
Nobody sees the vote. Not even the chair.
In elections the software stores the vote without any link to the person. Every voting member has exactly the votes they are entitled to; voting twice is impossible. The audit log records every step from admission to result. What can be traced is the process, never the individual vote. That is how the election holds up against your election rules, in the room as well as online.

Everything for the minutes is ready to export.
After the assembly all results, the attendance list and the audit log are available as exports. Delegates' travel expense claims run through the travel expenses module, with review and payout list. The data stays in German data centres or in the cloud of your choice, with a data processing agreement and a deletion concept.
