You set up the assembly yourself. Or we do.
Every instance starts empty. Agenda, motions, participants with groups and voting rights, projection: you enter them yourself, OpenSlides guides you. Or you book set-up with us, then everything is in place before the assembly and you only check. If your assembly needs something OpenSlides does not bring, we adapt the software.
Your presidium runs OpenSlides itself.
List of speakers, requests to speak, projector control: OpenSlides is built for the presidium, not for technicians. Anyone who wants to practise before the assembly books training on their own instance, with the real motions and a trial election. On the day nobody needs a manual.
One instance just for you.
The basis of every offer: your own OpenSlides instance in a German data centre, separate from every other customer, with a data processing agreement and a deletion concept. On request participants sign in through your single sign-on. If you want one of us at the control desk or directly reachable on the day, you add that.
One data centre in Germany, one instance per organisation, the data flows only to you. Example, names invented.
Elections by your election rules.
Secret ballots, list elections, majority procedures: OpenSlides brings the procedures and the ballots stay in your instance. As an option we set up the election by your election rules and test it in training with a trial election. The result appears only once the ballot is closed.
One week or permanently.
You export results, attendance and minutes straight from OpenSlides. The basic package is an instance for one week, deleted afterwards. If you need it longer it keeps running as a permanent instance: we roll out new versions, back up the data and are back for the next assembly.

The instance is the basis. Everything else is added when your assembly needs it.
